This machine is newly invented based on the experience of  drum-type grooving machine.

With two function of automatic grooving and corner cutting (cornerremove),it doesn't require pre-die cutting processing, saving manpower, increase production efficiency and safety.

Main function:

1.     Feeding with more smoothly and more higher speed

2.     Automatically adjust the blade ,automatic correction, high precision

3.     To design the parts with humanity of adjustment belt and knife, to operate with more convenient and safety.

4.     Use PLC to control the length or short of cutting

5.     In order to achieve accurate of cutting function is high accuracy which is used the electrical part of Japan to control the magnet. It brings higher speed and stability.

6.     Automatic clear the waste, remove the corner automatically ,it save labor, and improve the efficiency.

7.     Close the cutting function or remove this parts of machines if don’t need this function.
